Stop renting your CRM.Start owning it.
Still paying expensive monthly fees for Salesforce, HubSpot or Pipedrive? We build your business a bespoke CRM, migrate your existing data and install it on your own server. No mandatory per-user CRM subscriptions. Just software built for your business.
See CRM Freedom in action.
How we replace your CRM subscription with software you own, from first assessment to installation on your own server.
A CRM that looks like it was built for you. Because it was.
Customer records, opportunities, pipelines and reporting, shaped to how your team actually sells.
Demonstration interface with sample data. Your build will reflect your own workflows, fields and branding.
Your CRM subscription never ends.
Per-user pricing looks small on day one. Then you add people, add features, add a tier, and the invoice follows you year after year. Every pound you have paid so far bought you nothing you can keep.
Monthly subscription fees
The bill arrives whether you used the system heavily or barely logged in.
Per-user licence costs
Every new starter, part-timer or read-only viewer can add another seat to pay for.
Expensive feature upgrades
One missing report or automation often means moving the whole company to a pricier tier.
Paying for unused functionality
Enterprise plans bundle dozens of modules most teams never open.
Vendor dependency
Pricing, features and terms are decided elsewhere, and you absorb the changes.
Difficulty migrating data
Years of history locked into one provider's structure makes leaving feel harder than it is.
Illustrative example only. CRM providers price by plan and tier, and your actual cost may be higher or lower.
One CRM. One investment. Yours to own.
We replace the subscription with a bespoke system you own outright, in four stages.
You own your data throughout. Your agreement sets out clearly defined software usage and ownership rights for the CRM we build for you.
Everything your business needs. Nothing it doesn't.
A bespoke build means every screen earns its place.
Your software. Your server. Your control.
For many small and medium businesses, a compact business-grade mini PC or dedicated server on your own network is enough to run your CRM for the whole team. Larger or multi-site businesses may need more powerful or redundant infrastructure, which we scope with you.
A standard PC does not automatically provide enterprise-grade availability or security. We specify hardware, backups and access controls to suit your risk profile, and we are upfront about what each option does and does not cover.

Enter your current CRM costs and compare them against a one-time build. Figures are estimates, not guarantees.
From subscription to ownership in four stages.
A clear, fixed-scope process. You know what you are getting, what it costs and what you own at the end.
What you receive

Clearly defined rights
Your agreement sets out your usage and ownership rights for the software we build, in plain language.
Optional maintenance

Leave your old CRM. Keep your business moving.
Migration is planned around your sales calendar so the switch happens between deals, not during them.
Our migration process
Moving from your current system
Every platform stores data differently. These are the things we plan for.
Moving from Salesforce
Typically the most structured data to move, and often the most customised.
- Standard and custom objects, fields and record types
- Opportunities, stages and forecast categories
- Activity history, notes and files
- Flows, Apex and AppExchange add-ons are rebuilt or replaced, not copied
Moving from HubSpot
Contacts, companies, deals and tickets export well. Marketing assets need separate planning.
- Contacts, companies, deals and custom properties
- Deal pipelines and stages
- Email engagement history where exportable
- Sequences, workflows and marketing hub assets do not transfer directly
Moving from Pipedrive
A clean pipeline model that maps readily to a bespoke build.
- Persons, organisations, deals and products
- Pipelines, stages and custom fields
- Activities, notes and files
- Marketplace integrations reviewed one by one
Moving from Zoho CRM
Modules and layouts vary widely between accounts, so assessment matters.
- Leads, contacts, accounts, deals and custom modules
- Layouts and field dependencies
- Notes, attachments and activity history
- Zoho-specific automations and Zoho One apps are scoped separately
Moving from other systems and spreadsheets
Access databases, legacy CRMs, Excel workbooks and shared drives. We clean, de-duplicate and structure the data as part of the build, which is often the first time the business sees it in one place.
Certain proprietary features, historical records, calculated fields or integrations may not transfer directly. We identify these during the assessment and agree how each will be handled before work begins.

Everything your business needs. Nothing it doesn't.
These are the building blocks. Your CRM uses the ones that fit, configured the way you work.

All prices are indicative, subject to requirements and exclude VAT. Hardware, migration complexity, integrations, data volume and other requirements can affect the final quotation. Maintenance is optional and not required to keep using your CRM.
Subscription pricing versus ownership
| Traditional per-user subscription | CRM Freedom ownership | |
|---|---|---|
| How you pay | Monthly or annually, per user, for as long as you use it | One-time build and installation fee |
| Adding users | Each seat adds to the bill | No mandatory per-user software subscription |
| Adding features | Often means a higher tier for everyone | Quoted as a change to your build |
| Where it runs | Vendor's cloud | Server you own, on your premises or hosting of your choice |
| Your data | Stored under the vendor's terms | In your database, on your hardware |
| Ongoing costs | Licence fees plus any add-ons | Hardware, electricity, backups and optional maintenance |
| Software rights | Licence to access, ends with subscription | Clearly defined usage and ownership rights in your agreement |
We do not promise zero running costs or complete feature parity with any named CRM provider. Hardware, electricity, backups, support, future upgrades and third-party services may have separate costs.
